Your First Visit

We’ll talk about your health history, concerns, and what you’d like to get back to doing. Dr. Horner will then perform an examination, explain the findings, and discuss your care options—with time for questions before you decide how to move forward.

Your Treatment

Before your adjustment, I start with targeted muscle and soft-tissue work. Depending on what I find and what feels comfortable for you, I’ll use hands-on techniques, a handheld massager, muscle stimulation, or other tools to work on tight areas.
